How much space is needed to host a locker?
It depends on the configuration, but the deciding constraints are not the cabinet footprint: they are door widths and installation access, a dedicated power outlet, and clearance in front of the unit so someone with a cart or stroller can open a compartment. We assess the location with you before any install.
Does hosting a locker require daily work?
Daily tasks depend on the contract: site access, incident reporting, assistance and maintenance must be agreed before installation.
Which locations work best?
Ones that are reachable outside business hours and see people pass: shops with parking, residential buildings, campuses, workplaces, and regions where delivery attempts often fail. Conversely, a location that closes in the evening or is hard to reach by car gets little from a locker; we will say so plainly rather than install a cabinet nobody uses.
Does the locker accept all carriers?
Not automatically. Accepted carriers, services and uses must be confirmed for the location before opening.
What are the commercial terms?
They are discussed per location, because they depend on footfall, floor area and accessibility. Publishing a single number here would be misleading. The usual shapes are a space rent, a revenue share, or simply the foot traffic generated with no financial consideration. Write to us with the address and a photo of the space you have in mind.
