Our LAVAL-01 locker has been open to the public since August 2026, inside our Laval store. Pickup with a 6-digit PIN or a QR code, card payment on your phone, notices by text and email.

Before choosing a locker
A locker can provide a meeting point for parcels. Its usefulness depends on proximity, opening hours and the services actually available. Our LAVAL-01 locker is open in Laval during store hours.

At the locker, with no app and no account. Only the payment happens on your phone, by QR code.
Come to the store
The LAVAL-01 locker is inside our store at 2805 boul. de la Concorde Est in Laval. It is accessible during store hours.
Prepare the deposit
Choose a compartment size on the screen, then pay by card on your phone by scanning the QR code. Place the parcel and close the door.
Arrange collection
The recipient gets a text and an email, then collects the parcel with their 6-digit PIN or QR code before the deadline.
What the locker does, and what is coming
Today: parcel drop-off and pickup, and GLS Canada label printing. Peer-to-peer handoffs and returns are not offered yet.
Peer-to-peer selling (C2C)
Dropping off an item sold to another person is in preparation and is not offered at the locker yet. We will announce it here when it is available.
Parcels on your schedule
The recipient is notified by text and email, then collects the parcel with a 6-digit PIN or a QR code during store hours. No app and no account needed.
Temporary rental
Ask whether temporary rental is offered at your chosen location. Confirm the duration, price, permitted items and payment methods before booking.
Label printing
A GLS Canada label bought on our site prints at the locker: the scanner reads your code and the built-in thermal printer prints the label. For any other format, ask us before you travel.
Returns at the locker
The locker does not take returns yet and does not print return labels. Follow the retailer’s return instructions.
Local handoffs, in preparation.
Dropping off an item sold to another person (Marketplace, Kijiji) is planned but not offered at the locker yet. When it is, payment will still be agreed with the buyer: a locker does not verify the item’s condition or the seller’s reliability and does not replace the selling platform’s protections.

What is inside LAVAL-01
Electronic locks on an RS485 bus, a built-in thermal label printer, a barcode scanner that reads carrier labels and a touchscreen, all run by our own software.

What is a parcel locker?
A parcel locker is a set of locked compartments where an eligible parcel can be deposited and later collected. Access depends on the network’s instructions, opening hours and collection deadline.
How do smart parcel lockers work?
At the LAVAL-01 locker, the sender chooses a compartment size on the screen, pays by card on their phone by scanning a QR code, then deposits the parcel. The recipient is notified by text and email and collects the parcel with a 6-digit PIN or a QR code.
Are there parcel lockers in Canada?
Yes. Several locker networks operate in Canada, each with its own conditions. Our LAVAL-01 locker has been open to the public since August 2026 in our store at 2805 boul. de la Concorde Est in Laval, during store hours.
What is the difference between an open and a closed locker network?
Networks may restrict access to particular carriers, retailers or residents. A multi-carrier network still has agreements and conditions: confirm the accepted carrier, service and parcel dimensions.
Can I use a locker to sell on Marketplace or Kijiji?
Not yet. Peer-to-peer handoffs at the locker are in preparation and are not offered at the moment. When they are, the locker will not guarantee the item or the transaction.
Can a business host or install a parcel locker?
A shop, building or campus can propose a location. Installation, costs, access and responsibilities require an assessment and agreement.
Do I need an app or an account to use a locker?
No, not to collect a parcel. The recipient types their 6-digit PIN or shows their QR code right at the locker. For a drop-off, you pay by card on your phone by scanning a QR code.
